But I want to do it differently! Not in the form of mass production, giving everyone the same training plan. Instead, I want to take a personalized approach, understanding the root causes to bring about change that will truly stay with you in your everyday life.
When developing the training plans, the goal was to make the entire process as simple and user-friendly as possible, while providing as much relevant information as possible. Therefore, each training plan includes exercise videos, useful tips, sets, and repetitions, and on top of that, you always have the option to contact me if you have any questions!
TRUE4EST as a clothing brand has been around since April 2024 and is the result of long-term work, born out of collaboration with Hanna Rattasepa's visual creations and Kristjan Ruus's photography skills. The website was designed by Heli Orav.
